The Britehouse Specialist SAP Division Project Management Office team ensures that we maintain the highest standards of project management on all our projects. Our primary goal is to achieve benefits from standardizing and following project management policies, processes, and methods using the SAP ASAP framework. The PMO is thus the primary source for guidance, documentation, and custom built templates related to the practices involved in managing and implementing SAP projects within the organisation. The PMO will also measure the gross profit % on each project, and escalate if margins are not met. KPI’s will also be placed on each project, thus ensuring consistency, but equally alerts when key project deliverables are not met.
